Gerni
is known all over the world as a developer and
manufacturer of efficient high pressure cleaners,
renowned for high quality and functional design.
This also applies to Gerni's petrol models,
which are mobile and easy to transport. Ideal
where cleaning applications are isolated from
electric and direct water supply. Gerni petrol
models are highly suitable for local government
cleaning tasks including maintenance of road
safety signs, buildings and smenities, statues
etc; or for tradespersons and property owners
where the electricity supply available is limited.
New
heavy duty cleaner constructed for maximum performance
In addition to the G-118P petrol model, Gerni
has developed a new petrol operated high pressure
cleaner which covers major cleaning requirements.
Gerni
600P is provided with a durable Honda petrol
engine which is prepared for unleaded petrol
and a powerful self priming pump, capable os
sucking the water up to a height os 5 m. That
is good to know when it matters to work from
a water tank or dam.
All pump parts in contact with liquid are made
of corrosion proof materials, which ensure long
life. The motor is coupled direct to the pump,
which means fewer components and less wear.
If you need to increae the cleaning effect by
adding warm water, the pump will stand a temperature
of up to 80 degrees C.
User
and service friendly
Gerni's petrol models are easy and simple to
operate. The adjustable handle on the lance
allows easy, quick and infinitely variable regulation
of the pressure in one operation. In addition,
Gerni 600P has adjustable injector as standardm
which allows quick application of cleaning chemical
at low pressure. All operations are achieved
without the operator having to remove his hand
from the handle. As an additional advantge,
the tubular frame incorporates a holder for
the detergent container, which ensures it is
readily to hand.
Easy
to transport
With a weight of only 40 kg and 81kg, respectively,
both G118P and G-600P are easy to load for transportation
from one working location to another. Both high
pressure cleaners are built into a strong steel
frame which can easily stand being lifted by
a crane. Both
models are provided with large rubber wheels,
which facilitate movement even over rough ground.
Turbo
Laser as standard
Gerni's exclusive Turbo Laser system is standard.
Turbo Laser gives more effective cleaning and
low consumption of water and energy. At a distance
of 20 cm, a traditional nozzle retains 15% of
its impact force whereas the Turbo Laser nozzle
retains 90%, the
result is saving on time and energy - with up
to 30% less water use.
Accessories
which increase the variety of applications
To ensure effective cleaning of otherwise inaccessible
places, Gerni has developed various accessories.
Accessories include the Lurbo Laser lance in
various lengths, sand blasting equipment, foam
equipment, rotating brush, drain cleaner, floor
washer, a selection of lances and various lengths
of high pressure hose.
