KINGSTON STAFF LEAD THE WAY

It is a start of bigger and better things for KK Kingston Limited as the first batch of staff received a TAE 40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessor under the MTO Training PNG Limited.

MTO Training PNG Limited was contracted for service to deliver Training and Assessment of the TAE 40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment in Lae PNG. As co-sponsors, Mainland Holdings Ltd and KK Kingston Ltd joined together on shared cost to make this training a success.  Mainland Holdings offered the venue for all participants and KK Kingston sponsored four (4) of its staffs to be part of the training.

The training was carried out for the duration of five (5) months in which four (4) participants from the two companies took part in the training. The participants had to provide laptops with Wi-Fi connectivity for course work in PNG and assignment work between on-site block in Cairns Australia. The training covered 8 Webinar sessions of 1 hour duration, 3 Days face to face with the facilitator for evaluation and completion of assignments, on site delivery by experienced facilitator and Power Point presentation by participants.

On successful completion the participants were awarded the qualification of TAE 40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment from the RTO, MTO Training PNG Ltd. NTC 191. This qualification now enables the participants to develop and deliver work place training and assessment in their respective organization.

The training now lays foundation for both Mainland Holdings Ltd and KK Kingston Ltd to work towards NTC qualification and become Registered Training Organizations in PNG. The recipients of this training now have the vital tool to provide training and development in their respective organizations.

The participants of KK Kingston Limited thanked the company for nominating them for the above training and MIS for technical support.

KK Kingston Ltd, CEO Michael Kingston congratulated the four participants of KK Kingston for successfully completing their course in Certificate IV Workplace Training and Assessor.
