KINGSTON DONATE FUN RUN T-SHIRTS TO CHESHIRE HOME

Cheshire Home in Port Moresby was pleasantly surprised this week by KK Kingston Limited when visited with cartons of Trukai Fun Run t-shirts worth K4000.

Cheshire Disability Centre on the 12th May received 400 Trukai Fun Run T-shirts from KK Kingston Limited.  The company bought 1,200 Fun Run t-shirts at the cost of K12, 000 as part of its support to the Trukai Olympic Program.

“We are privileged and proud to donate 400 Fun Run T-shirts to Cheshire Home to raise funds for the Cheshire Disability Services.  We are pleased to make the donation as this year’s Fun Run was significant, coinciding with the Triathlon Event of the Pacific Games. We hope that this little contribution will go some way to assist their efforts, “said KK Kingston National Marketing Manager, Christopher Elphick.

Aside from the 400 T-shirts donated to Cheshire Home, the remaining 800 Fun Run T-shirts will be distributed as part of KK Kingston’s community support drive to various institutions such as the Institute of Business Studies (IBS), Saint Michaels Primary School - Hanuabada, Korobosea International School, Limana Vocational Centre and Red Cross Elementary school.

On the Initiative, Cheshire Disability Program Coordinator, Mrs Joyce Koupere when receiving the 400 Fun Run T-Shirts, thanked KK Kingston for the donation and acknowledged the company’s continued support over the years.
